How to do it

  1. 1Secure the bottles, cut vertically in half, and funnels to a vertical surface (fence or wall) in a sequence, allowing water to flow from the top down.
  2. 2Ensure the connections are stable and the paths allow continuous flow.
  3. 3Provide a bucket of water and a scoop.
  4. 4Challenge the child to pour water into the top funnel and track its journey to the bottom.
  5. 5Ask questions about how to make the water flow faster or change direction.
