How to do it

- 2The first participant is securely blindfolded.
- 3The guide must use precise and calm directional language (e.g., 'Take three small steps forward,' 'Lift your right leg high over the cushion').
- 4The blindfolded person must focus entirely on auditory cues.
- 5Time how long it takes to complete the course, then switch roles.
