How to do it

  1. 1The non-blindfolded participants secretly construct a challenging, but safe, obstacle course in a clear space.
  2. 2The first participant is securely blindfolded.
  3. 3The guide must use precise and calm directional language (e.g., 'Take three small steps forward,' 'Lift your right leg high over the cushion').
  4. 4The blindfolded person must focus entirely on auditory cues.
  5. 5Time how long it takes to complete the course, then switch roles.
