How to do it

  1. 1Clear the area and lay down the bubble wrap, taping the edges to prevent shifting (especially indoors).
  2. 2Model how to safely step and stomp on the material.
  3. 3Encourage different ways of moving (marching, crawling, rolling).
  4. 4Use the popping sound as a reward for successful movement.
