How to do it

  1. 1Draw or tape out a large path of 30-40 squares on the floor or paper.
  2. 2Design the rules: movement, winning condition, and consequences of landing on certain squares.
  3. 3Create physical challenges for designated spots (e.g., 'Do 10 jumping jacks,' 'Hop on one foot').
  4. 4Roll the dice and physically move from square to square.
  5. 5Players must actively perform the physical challenge associated with the square they land on.
