How to do it

  1. 1Fill the empty containers halfway with the chosen filler (beans, rice, etc.) to create different sounds.
  2. 2Secure the lids tightly using strong tape to prevent spillage (crucial for safety).
  3. 3Allow the child to decorate the shakers with stickers or markers.
  4. 4Start a simple marching beat and encourage the child to shake their instruments in time with the music.
  5. 5Experiment with fast and slow beats, and loud and quiet shaking.
