How to do it
- 1Start the music and encourage the child to dance freely.
- 2Randomly pause the music. When the music stops, the child must immediately freeze.
- 3Before starting the music again, call out an animal (e.g., 'Be a hopping frog!' or 'Be a tall giraffe!').
- 4The child must hold the animal pose until the music resumes, practicing balance and muscle control.
- 5Switch roles and let the child control the music (stopping and starting) or choose the animal.
