How to do it
- 1Sort the beads by color and/or shape into designated sections of the tray.
- 2Present the child with a pattern card (starting simple and increasing complexity).
- 3The child must replicate the pattern exactly using the string and beads.
- 4For a challenge, introduce an 'error' in a long pattern and have the child identify and correct the mistake.
- 5Secure the ends of the string to complete the wearable item.
