How to do it
- 1Tie a piece of string around the top of each pinecone for hanging.
- 2Lay out newspaper. Use a butter knife or spoon to smear the nut butter deeply into the crevices of the pinecone.
- 3Roll or sprinkle the peanut butter-covered cones generously in birdseed.
- 4Hang the feeders on tree branches outside and watch for visitors over the following days.
