How to do it
- 1Gather materials. Brainstorm instrument types (shaker, drum, banjo).
- 2Construct the instruments. Secure lids tightly on shakers and stretch rubber bands over open containers for sound.
- 3Decorate the instruments.
- 4Practice basic rhythms (tap, clap, shake). Hold an impromptu concert, taking turns leading the tempo and volume.
