How to do it
- 1Hang the sheet across a doorway or use the poster board framed in a chair to create the screen.
- 2Position the lamp/flashlight behind the child, pointing toward the screen.
- 3Help the child draw and cut out simple puppet shapes (animals, people) from cardstock.
- 4Tape the puppet shapes to the sticks.
- 5Turn off the room lights. Have the child stand between the light source and the screen, manipulating the puppets to tell a chosen story.
