How to do it
- 1Visit the library for a scheduled story time session.
- 2After the session, discuss the main themes or characters of the book.
- 3At home, fill the ziplock bag halfway with hair gel or syrup.
- 4Add the themed trinkets and glitter.
- 5Squeeze out all the air, seal the bag tightly, and reinforce the seal with strong tape.
- 6Encourage the child to squish and manipulate the bag, retelling parts of the story as they interact with the materials inside.
