Insider tip 📍 Biltmore Estate

Very toddler-friendly with farm animals and stroller-friendly trails. Annual pass holders can bring guests for free after 4 PM.

“It is AWESOME for littles- friendly, happiest farm animals you have ever seen, playground, stroller and strider-bike-friendly trails.”

Insider tip Heads up 📍 Biltmore Estate

If the main property is too crowded, try hiking behind the Inn on the Hill. Parking at the bike barn and walking uphill is a quieter way to get exercise away from the crowds.

“We went to Biltmore and “hiked” behind the inn on the hill. We almost left when we saw the Yankees everywhere. We parked at the bike barn”

Insider tip 📍 Biltmore Park

Good for a casual outing; pair a visit to the bookstore with a treat at Cold Stone Creamery nearby.

“The Biltmore Park location is also fine. Just no escalator. But Cold Stone is right there so it kind of balances out.”

📍 Biltmore Park

The development area is a popular hangout spot for kids, similar to a traditional shopping mall.

“The Biltmore Park development... seems to attract lots of kids like a shopping mall would in the 80's and 90's.”

📍 Zaniac Biltmore Park

Offers excellent STEM-focused programming for kids.

“For science there is Zaniac in Biltmore Park. Really great program.”

Heads up 6 📍 Biltmore Estate

The house tour is entirely indoors, but it may be challenging with young children.

“The walk through the Biltmore is all inside, obviously, but you'd have to pay me an awful lot of money to make me walk through there with a six year old.”
