Beam Clinic – August 28th | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Build confidence, balance, and beam skills in our exciting Beam Clinic ! This clinic is perfect for gymnasts ages 5 and up who want extra practice on one of gymnastics’ most challenging events. Athletes will work on beam fundamentals, improve posture and balance, and develop skills such as walks, turns, jumps, leaps, handstands, cartwheels, and other beam progressions based on their individual level. Our coaches will provide focused instruction, drills, and technique corrections to help each gymnast gain confidence and improve performance on the beam.
