Bridges Workshop: A Preview Lesson at The Compass School

Curious about The Compass School? Come experience a real TCS lesson! 🌉 You probably cross a bridge every day — but have you ever wondered how they hold so many cars, trains, and people? Kids ages 5–10 will explore different bridge designs, then build and test their own structures. Join us to notice, wonder, and tinker! This free preview lesson is for families interested in joining TCS. Siblings are welcome, and parents can meet our teachers and see our campus on Shoal Creek, where students spend 2–3 hours outside every day. The Compass School is an innovative, research-driven school in Austin, now enrolling K–4 for 2027–28.
