Bring your pets to the church courtyard for a short prayer service and a special blessing in honor of St. Francis of Assisi.
In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the Blessing of the Animals will take place on Saturday, October 3 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtyard. St. Francis wrote, “All praise to you, O Lord, for all these brother and sister creatures!” He knew that the bond between person and pet is like no other. Bring your cats, dogs and other pets for a short prayer service and special pet blessing. Please arrive early!
