Veracruz All Natural Cookbook Release Party

Celebrate the release of the Veracruz All Natural cookbook with live music, conversation, and food.

In the vibrant coastal state of Veracruz, Mexico, the cuisine is informed by the landscape – colorful, healthful, vegetable-forward, featuring seafood, chicken, and eggs rather than red meat. Sisters Reyna and Maritza Vazquez grew up there and brought their take on that cuisine to the U.S. via a food truck in 2010, and Austinites took to it enthusiastically. Veracruz All Natural is beloved here in town and beyond, with several locations now including Veracruz Fonda & Bar, a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. They’ll let us peek behind the curtain in their new cookbook, and share the celebration of its release along with live music, a conversation, and of course, some of that comida deliciosa.  – Kat McNevins
