Come alone or with a friend. We’ll be glad to see you. The service includes traditional elements presented in the “Adventure Rabbi” style. For example, the service will include some, but not all of, the traditional prayers. Rather than recite all the prayers, we attempt to focus more deeply on the ones we do say. A spiritual pinnacle of the night is chanting Kol Nidre outside beneath the stars. We can’t promise that a fox will run through the center of the circle in the middle of chanting Kol Nidre like it did our first year, but it certainly was amazing!! This is one of the only nights a year in which one of our rabbis delivers a full sermon, giving us plenty to think and talk about. If you do not wish to handle money on Yom Kippur, please register in advance. If you would prefer to pay at the door, please arrive early so as not to miss the opening of the service.
