Mythical Creature Book Bash: Crafts, Games and More with Local Author

Celebrate a new fantasy book with crafts, games, and a meet-and-greet with the author. Costumes are encouraged.

Come join J. L. Thaxton at The Family Room in Westerville in celebration of her newest release, The Monster of the Forest, with a mythical creature book bash! Make your own magic wand, design a nature mandala, bring home a pin you created, and celebrate all things mythical creatures! She will also be selling, and signing, her middle grade contemporary fantasy books. Costumes encouraged, it’s going to be fun! No cost to celebrate, but food and drink will be available for purchase. Suggested age 8-15, but all are welcome!
