One World Day

A cultural celebration featuring ethnic food, performances, a parade of flags, and a naturalization ceremony.

One World celebrates all the different ethnic groups that make up the Cultural Gardens with food, performances and educational materials. We have a naturalization ceremony for new citizens as well as a parade of flags that includes countries that are not represented currently in the Gardens. This year to mark Americas 250th we will be celebrating three immigrants or people of a particular background from each community that made a contribution to America and its culture. This will help celebrate the importance of immigration and the part it played in the growth of our county.
