A youth-focused running event held as part of the annual River Bank Run festivities.

The Amway River Bank Run is on Wednesday May 5, 2027 to Saturday May 8, 2027. It includes the following events: 25K - Fifth Third, 25K - Elite Men (USATF Elite/Invited Athletes ONLY), 25K Elite Women (USATF Elite/Invited Athletes ONLY), 25K Two-Hour Club - Fifth Third, 25K Wheelchair Racing Division presented by Mary Free Bed, 25K Handcycle Racing Division presented by Mary Free Bed, 10K Run - Fox Subaru, 5K Run - Amway, 5K Community Walk - Gentex, 40k Triple Crown Challenge (5k/10k/25k), 35k Double Down Challenge (10k/25k), 30k Double Down Challenge (5k/25k), 15k Double Down Challenge (5k/10k), RBR 25K Virtual Run Anywhere, RBR 10K Virtual Run Anywhere, RBR 5K Virtual Run Anywhere, RBR 5K Virtual Walk Anywhere, and Amway Junior presented by Corewell Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
