Preschool Storytime
A weekly storytime session for preschoolers featuring read-alouds, music, movement, and open play.
Join us for this weekly drop in storytime for kids ages 3-5 . This storytime weaves the development of language and listening skills into a fun-filled program of read-alouds, flannel board activities, music, movement, and rhymes. Special focus will be placed on school readiness skills such as the alphabet, counting, and following directions. At the end of each session children will have the option to participate in open play time with the library's special toys. Please note that the sessions on 9/28,10/5 and 11/9 will be held in the children's program room not the Jay Johnston Community Room and space may be limited on these dates. *Session 10/19 is cancelled
