Society for India’s Diya Jale
A vibrant annual Diwali music and dance festival featuring student performances and special guests.
Diya Jale is Cornell University Society for India’s biggest music and dance festival of the year, and it is the longest-running Diwali show in North America! This show aims to unite the South Asian community as well as spread awareness about our culture. Our 2025 show featured amazing performances by Cornell South Asian student organizations such as Tarana, Anjali, Raas, Bhangra, Sitara, Khiladi, Nazaqat, and Saarang – SPICMACAY. This year, our show will feature a special guest performance from Penn Masala, the World’s First South Asian A Capella Group!
