Sole Seekers Cross Plains Hike – Dane County Chapter
Join a group hike on the Cross Plains Segment of the Ice Age Trail. Open to all, no registration required.
The Sole Seekers group was formed in 2025 with the desire to bring people together to enjoy the outdoors and appreciate the special trail that we have within our state. Our goal is to host group hikes along all the Dane County Ice Age Trail segments over the next couple seasons. Those that complete the segments with us will receive a special Sole Seekers sticker, in addition to being eligible for the “ Dane Drifter ” Ice Age Trail patch. The Hike : Cross Plains Segment #2, out-and-back, 4.8 miles total. When : Sunday, 10/11, 9am Where : Table Bluff Trailhead, corner of Main St & Mill Creek Pkwy OR on Bourbon Rd What to wear/what to bring : Layers for variable temperatures and weather conditions. Day pack with water, snacks, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. Registration: No registration required, simply show up ready to enjoy the hike!
