The Raleigh Fringe (Sept. 10-12 at Theatre Raleigh Arts Center) is an annual open-source, multidisciplinary performing arts festival that elevates and celebrates everything weirdly wonderful about Raleigh. This year’s event will feature 12 ticketed shows in its primary lineup, street performers and buskers throughout the lobby and outside, community events such as a Prop Swap, Fringe on Film and more.
