This high-energy dance fitness class blends killer cardio moves with lively choreography, set to monstrously good, upbeat popular tracks. No dance experience is required. Bring your enthusiasm and Wolfpack spirit. Registration for this fitness class will be available six days before the class date for students and Wellness and Recreation Center members.
