A Festival of Fabulous Mums

View a vibrant display of exhibition chrysanthemums and meet experts from the Central Carolina Chrysanthemum Society.

Enjoy an explosion of color this fall during A Festival of Fabulous Mums at Duke Gardens. Exhibition mums will create a dazzling floral display outdoors at the Ruth Mary Meyer Japanese Garden in the Culberson Asiatic Arboretum and inside the Doris Duke Center. Central Carolina Chrysanthemum Society members will be on hand to highlight the 13 classes of mums and answer questions. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Fee: Free drop-in exhibit for all ages; no registration required. Parking: Parking fees apply. Location: Inside the Doris Duke Center and outdoors in the Ruth Mary Meyer Japanese Garden. Accessibility : This is a drop-in exhibit that takes place indoors in an area accessible via paved paths and outdoors on a combination of paved and unpaved paths with some uneven surfaces and moderate inclines.
