Raleigh Wide Open Music Festival

A community music festival featuring multiple stages, food trucks, art vendors, and a kids zone.

At Raleigh Wide Open, the community comes together for a weekend of FREE music. The event begins with a Kickoff Celebration featuring three festival bands at The Corner on N.C. State’s Centennial Campus on Oct. 1, then continues with four stages of bluegrass, folk, country, gospel, rock, norteno, and more along the streets of downtown Raleigh on Oct. 2 and 3. The festival also features food trucks, art vendors, and a kids zone. This year marks the 20th anniversary of a community celebration in Raleigh under the “Wide Open” name.
