Veterans Day Social and 10th Anniversary Celebration

A community social featuring wellness activities, crafts, games, and refreshments to honor veterans and celebrate a 10-year milestone.

A decade of providing campus and community support services to NC State's military-connected students, staff, faculty and alumni is no small feat. That's the milestone Jeffrey Wright Military and Veteran Services (MVS) will reach in November and celebrate on Veterans Day. Join us for Drop (by) and Give MVS 10 — or two high fives — to help us mark our 10-year anniversary, which coincides with National Veterans and Military Families Month. We will celebrate our milestone with a morning drop-in social and a day of wellness activities to include plant potting, painting, zine making, games and movie marathons. Don't miss this opportunity to meet our team, take a holiday break if you're a veteran, say thanks to someone who served and get to know some of our military community partners. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot apple cider and breakfast bites will be available for as long as they last. If you can't stay long, no worries. We will have take-home art kits and goody bags available.
