A community festival focused on youth mental health awareness featuring activities, food trucks, and live entertainment.

The NAMI Durham and NAMI On Campus youth leaders proudly present the You Are Not Alone Youth Mental Health Festival, a free community event created by youth, for youth, and the community. This festival is designed to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and connect young people and families with local resources and support. Attendees will enjoy interactive wellness activities, community resource vendors, youth-led engagement, live entertainment, food trucks, giveaways, and family-friendly experiences. Through education, connection, and empowerment, the festival encourages open conversations about mental health and reminds every young person that they are not alone.
