Players are encouraged to attend the Girls Middle School Ultimate Clinics and bring a friend! Triangle Ultimate coaches will lead clinics to teach basic Ultimate Frisbee skills and strategies to girl-matching players looking to learn about the sport and hone their skills before the start of the winter middle school season.
