A fun, movement-based yoga class designed specifically for children ages 3 to 7.
On November 8, yoga instructor Peri Abrahm will be offering FREE yoga classes at Wishing Tree Bookstore for children ages 3 and up. An instructor at Eclipse Power Yoga, Peri is a 200hr certified yoga teacher whose movement practice embodies joy and play for all ages. Bring a beach towel or mat (some will also be available to borrow), and wear clothes you're ready to move in! RSVP required. Tips are optional and will be accepted in the form of cash or Venmo payment.
