Barnyard Bash
A community fair featuring farm animals, live music, and agricultural education at a local distillery.
Dry Fly Distilling will host Barnyard Bash at Dry Fly on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at its Spokane distillery and adjacent lawn, located at 1021 W. Riverside Avenue . The fair-inspired community event will celebrate Washington agriculture while bringing together Dry Fly Distilling, the Spokane County Fair, local farmers, Placeholder Studios and other community partners for an afternoon of live music, farm animals, educational displays and locally crafted spirits. Barnyard Bash will feature Clover the highland cow a Spokane County Fair mascot outside Dry Fly, giving guests a unique opportunity to meet them, take photos and learn more about the people and agricultural programs connected to the fair. Local farmers and agricultural partners will also be on-site to share information about farming, grain production and the important connection between agriculture and distilling. The event will highlight Dry Fly’s Barnyard Bash canned cocktail , created in partnership with the Spokane County Fair. A portion of proceeds from Barnyard Bash cocktail sales supports Agricultural Education through the partnership. Dry Fly’s kitchen will also offer a special fair-inspired menu featuring festive food selections created exclusively for the event. With support from Placeholder Studios , live music from John Wayne Williams and Hannah Siglin will take place inside Dry Fly from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Their performances add another distinctly local element to an event centered around celebrating the farmers, makers, artists and organizations that make the Spokane community unique. Additional activities will include a raffle for Spokane County Fair ticketed events, cornhole and other opportunities to win tickets to Spokane County Fair events. Barnyard Bash is open to the community and will offer activities for both adults and families.
