Do you want to learn how to accelerate the translation of your biomedical discoveries and health innovation into viable commercial products? Are you part of a team that wants to move your innovative idea off campus and into the real world? Join I-Corps@CCTSI! What is I-Corps@CCTSI? The iCorps@CCTSI program helps scientists and engineers translate academic research into real-world impact. Through a three-session, hands-on curriculum, participants validate the market potential of new technologies and accelerate their path to community adoption. Teams of faculty, staff and students are guided through the early stages of customer discovery where they can test the business model hypotheses for their technology or idea. I-Corps@CCTSI offers an excellent starting point for research faculty, staff, students, and prospective health technology entrepreneurs who are looking to bring a research innovation or product to market. Innovation Corps (I-Corps™) uses proven customer-discovery methodologies for startups. It was developed for academic researchers by serial entrepreneurs working with the National Science Foundation. It has been used to train hundreds of teams of innovators across the nation. Fall 2026 dates: Session 1 & 2: October 15-16 Session 3: November 6
